Midnight oatmeal snack/no binge

findingpeacewithmybody:

1/2 cup minute oats or whatever you like to call them

1/2 cup skim milk

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter

1 piece dark chocolate

cinnamon & sweetener to taste

-I used half a cup of milk and the other half water to save calories

323 calories, 13g fat, 14g protein, 6g fiber

It was so filling! I’ve never felt so full from oatmeal before. I didn’t eat nearly enough calories today and I just avoided a huge binge by making this. :)
